How It Works

Pass 1 — Draft (Sonnet)

  1. Reads client context, build deliverables, and launch date
  2. Drafts a check-in email with three sections:
    • Check-in — asks how the site is performing, any issues or feedback
    • Retainer pitch — soft mention of ongoing maintenance, positioned as optional
    • Testimonial request — asks for a short testimonial or Google review

Pass 2 — Review (Opus)

  1. Reviews for tone (warm, not salesy), specificity, and clarity
  2. Ensures the retainer pitch is genuinely soft — one paragraph max

Timing

If the launch was less than 25 days ago, the pipeline will flag this and suggest waiting. You can override this if needed.

Nothing is sent without your explicit approval — the pipeline produces a draft for your review.
