This is a sales tool for external prospects. For internal QA on your own sites, use the internal-audit pipeline instead.

How It Works

Pass 1 — Technical Analysis (Sonnet)

  1. Finds the business website (via Firecrawl search if URL not provided)
  2. Incorporates Ahrefs data if available (domain rating, organic traffic, backlinks)
  3. Scrapes the homepage and up to 5 key pages
  4. Takes desktop (1440px) and mobile (375px) screenshots via Playwright
  5. Researches current best practices for the industry
  6. Grades across 6 categories (see below)

Pass 2 — Sales Framing (Opus)

  1. Reads raw findings from Pass 1
  2. Connects every technical finding to a business outcome (lost customers, missed search results, bounced visitors)
  3. Generates the final branded audit document
