How GridWork HQ Protects Your Data
Self-hosted means you control everything
GridWork HQ runs on your server. You choose where it lives, who has access, and how it is configured. No shared infrastructure, no multi-tenant risks.
Zero telemetry
No phone-home, no analytics, no tracking from the product. GridWork HQ never sends data back to us. Your instance is completely private.
SQLite database lives on YOUR server
All client data, pipeline jobs, financial records, and activity logs are stored in a local SQLite database. No external database service required.
No cloud dependency
GridWork HQ works fully offline after initial setup. External integrations (Claude API, GitHub, Notion, Stripe) are optional and outbound-only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this open source?
GridWork HQ is source-available. You get the full source code with your purchase and can modify it freely for your own use. It is not open source under an OSI-approved license.
Can you see my data?
No. GridWork HQ runs entirely on your server. We have zero access to your instance, your database, or your files. There is no telemetry, no analytics, and no phone-home functionality.
What happens if you shut down?
Nothing changes for you. GridWork HQ runs on your server with your source code. You own it outright. Even if GridWork Digital ceases operations, your instance continues working exactly as it does today.
Is it GDPR compliant?
GridWork HQ stores all data locally on your server. Since no data is sent to us or any third party by default, you have full control over data residency and processing. You are the data controller and processor. Optional integrations (Claude API, Notion, etc.) are configured by you and subject to those providers' terms.
